About Us
CASE for Refugees is a specialist refugee and
immigration community legal centre founded in 2002 through the
collaboration of legal, social and refugee service organisations
based in Western Australia.
CASE has 10 employees in total, 7 of which
are part time and 3 full time, over 50 active volunteers,
a strong board of management and a strong membership base.
CASE receives in-kind support from the Uniting
Church of Australia and funding from the United Nations Voluntary
Fund for Victims of Torture (UNVFVT), Department of Immigration and
Citizenship (DIAC), Myer Foundation, limited corporate sponsorship,
Lotterywest, Commonweath CLC funding and the Law Society's Public
Purposes Trust.
