CASE provides a legal service to both Humanitarian Visa
Entrants, Refugees and Culturally and Linguistically Diverse
clients.
We work with accredited interpreters and our services are
totally confidential. We follow strict privacy laws that protect
our client's privacy. We work with accredited interpreters who are
also bound by these laws.
Staff giving migration advice are Registered Migration Agents
and as such adhere to the Code of Conduct as set down by the
Migration Agents Registration Authority (MARA). All of our services
are provided completely free of charge.
