Continuing Professional Development
Migration Agents
Every person who either works or volunteers at CASE as a
Migration Agent must be registered with the 'Migration Agents
Registration Authority' www.themara.com.au. To continue to be
registered and to meet the guidelines for registration they must
complete various Continuing Professional Development targets each
year. This ensures that they are up to date with changes to the law
and recent caselaw which might be relevant to our clients.
CASE is recognised by MARA as a place where CPD points can
be earned for pro- bono work and at the same time enables Migration
Agents to work for a good cause! To find out more please follow
